Weekly Zen Meditation, led by Rev. Zahir Roman Orest of Northern Lotus Zen Community, Tuesdays, in the lower level of the First Congregational Church UCC in Grand Marais.

• 6:30 – 7:00: Instruction in meditation (Zazen) & room etiquette/manners
• 7:00 – 7:20: Meditation
• 7:20 – 7:30: Walking Breath Practice (Kinhin)
• 7:30-7:50: Meditation
• 7:50: Formal Exit

Room door is closed only during the 20 minute sitting periods.  You are welcome to do either or both of the meditations. Meditation cushions & chairs are provided.  Free will offering towards FCC’s gift of facilities is much appreciated.
