Care Partners Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary, Open House, and Ribbon Cutting
The Cook County Chamber of Commerce hosts a ribbon cutting ceremony
May 20, 2025 – Grand Marais, Minn. - Care Partners, a vital service organization serving Cook County, celebrated a significant milestone combining a 10-year anniversary celebration, open house, and new building located at 615 E Hwy 61, Grand Marais, MN 55604. A ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together members of the community, Care Partners staff and volunteers, and well-wishers to commemorate a decade of service. Attendees enjoyed live music and a wide array of delicious food throughout the celebration. This event marked a huge milestone for Care Partners and provided an opportunity for the community to learn more about their important work.
"We are so grateful to Care Partners for supporting our community members," said Linda Jurek, Executive Director, Cook County Chamber of Commerce. "This celebration is not just about looking back at their accomplishments, but also about looking forward to the next decade of community service."
The open house allowed attendees to tour the Care Partners facilities and learn more about the various programs and services they offer. A sampling of offerings includes; senior rides, chore assistance, companion visits, and end of life support just to name a few. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by the Cook County Chamber of Commerce, officially marked this special occasion.
